Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days of shipment, depending on your location.

Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order leaves our facility.

Accuracy: Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Returns & Refunds
Because our supplements are ingestible and designed for human consumption, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility.

All sales are final. This policy ensures that every product you receive is fresh, sealed, and uncompromised.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel orders only before 1:00 PM CST on the day the order is placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be altered or canceled.
Shipping Delays & Delivery
We do our best to ship all orders on schedule, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions.

Woven Health is not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open a delivery inquiry.
International Shipping
At this time, Woven Health does not ship internationally.

Product Integrity
All Woven Health supplements are formulated and manufactured in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and undergo rigorous quality testing. Once shipped, products should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain efficacy. We cannot be responsible for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
