By using the Woven MD Site and/or creating an account, you accept these Terms. Woven MD may revise them at any time by updating this page. You should review this page periodically, as continued use signifies acceptance.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, AND REQUIRE BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.

1. Use of the Woven MD Site

Woven MD authorizes you to access and view the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use (“Permitted Use”).
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Site or its code; use it to transmit defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material; attempt unauthorized access; or violate any applicable law.

8. Memberships, Packages, and Gift Cards

By purchasing a membership, package, or subscription, you authorize recurring payments as described at checkout.
Cancellation or refund eligibility is governed by the applicable membership or purchase agreement.
Gift-card sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Telemedicine and Virtual Consultations

Virtual or telemedicine consultations are available only to patients located in states where Woven MD providers are licensed.  By scheduling a virtual visit, you confirm that you are physically located within a permitted jurisdiction.

12. Violation of Terms

Violation of these Terms may, at Woven MD’s discretion, result in suspension or termination of access without notice or liability.

13. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Woven MD does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that the Site or its servers are virus-free, or that information is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woven MD disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WOVEN MD OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR CONTENT.
WOVEN MD’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

16. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

19. General Provisions

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full effect. No waiver constitutes a continuing waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Woven MD regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.
